Product Application

This product has the same chemical compostiton and application with Perkalink 900.

Rubbers conversion main include chain dissociation which produce two or three ethylene linkage and the loss of unsteady multi - sulphur bond to heat. During conversion, XY - 900 happens Diels - Alder reaction with two or three ethylene linkage, produces new steady c - ccrosslinked bond, thus can compensate for crosslinkage demage, maintain rubber compounds crosslinkage density and steady physical property, eficiently improve products heat-ageing-resistance and the resistance to deformation.

This product doesnt directly take part in curing reaction. It has no effect on curing speed and T90.

lts reference use is 0.5 ~ 1.5phr. It can be added together with curing agent during blending.

This product is applicable for tire cup, tire shoulder, steel - wire body plies, capsule, inner tire sebific duct inlayer, seal, triangle belt, conveyer belt,etc easily heating parts.

• Packaged in paper sack with inner plastic bag, net weight is 25 kg for each bag.
