This product is effective carbon black dispersant, it can apparently reduce rubber mooney viscosity, raise dispersity of carbon black and filler, effectively avoid scorching, enhance blending effect, ensure quality steadiness between different batches. When extruding rolling，can improve extrusive speed, decrease sectional bulb,increase compactness, assure steadiness of size and quality. During curing process, can improve rubber flow ability. The decorative pattern of the products is clear, no hungry joint. This product has no bad effect on rubbers other physical and technological properly, This product is used for NR and usual SR. Its use is 1~2 phr. It can be added together with carbon black.
