Product Introduction
L1003 resin is a thermoplastic alkyl-phenolic resin, which is much the same as SP-1068 of USA SII company. It has good compatibility with rubber and good tack retention . It can improve aging resistance and chemical stability without effecting on physical and chemical properties of sulphurized rubber .
L1003 resin is granular for convent batching, and easily dispersed in rubber. It can be soluble in solvent .

Product Application

L1003 resin is an effective tackifier of NR and several SR, widely used for tire,conveyor belt etc. especially it can improve tack in radial tire. It improves molding quality and product property to achieve ideal designing effect.The reference dosage is 2~5 phr.
