Product Introduction
Alkylphenol disulfide contains the active sulfur which can vulcanizate rubber under heating.The vulcanizate dont bloom and has high tensile strength and excellent heat resistant.It is much the same as foreign product Vultac-TB710.

Product Application

As a new type of nitrosamine-free sulfur donor,alkylphenol disulfide can be used to replace sulfur or DTDM etc, in efficient vulcanization systems and semi-efficient vulcanization systems.It is used for radial tires innerliner, sidewalls, curing bags, tread etc. and products of gasket,conveyor belt, hoses, anti-vibration system.Due to its specific chemical structure(such as alkylphenol group), alkylphenol disulfide gives excellent adhesion and oxidation resistance. It is particularly recommended in NR, IIR,CIIR, BrIIR,EPDM etc.The vulcanizate has superior resistance to tensile strength, heat aging resistance and oxygen resistance, anti-reversion,and nonstaining, It is cannot generate carcinogenic nitrosamines during cure.The reference dosage is 0.5-5 phr.
