The characteristics of this product
When used under normal water quality, it does not precipitate and can be prepared with cold water. If left to stand for a long time, it will settle and layer. With a little stirring, it can be restored to a uniform dispersion without affecting its performance and can maintain continuous production for many years.
The film-forming material of this product in aqueous dispersion can form a light white thin film on the surface of the mixed film, and only 2-3% concentration is needed to achieve excellent isolation effect.
The components of this product are similar to tires and rubber products, and can be compatible with rubber in subsequent processes and vulcanization, without affecting the vulcanization speed of rubber and the physical and mechanical properties of the product.
This product can firmly adhere to the film without falling off, not only has excellent isolation effect, but also has no dust flying during transportation and post-processing, and does not pollute the environment.
Dilute with ordinary tap water, stir evenly to form lotion dispersion, dip or brush the film.
