Product Introduction
TJ-991 is a modified thermoplastic phenolic resin, specially used to replace toxic and expensive resorcinol resin. This product could improve your product performance while reducing costs.TJ-991 is soluble in alcohols, ketones, esters, slightly soluble in hydrocarbons, insoluble in water.

Product Application
This product is used as the adhesive promoter of rubber with steel cord and fiber cord, replacing the resorcinol resin in adhesive system,The product is added in the first or second stage master batch , without resorcinol odor, curing agent RA65 and resin dosage 1:1, added together with sulfur and promoter.A.It is recommended to add 2--10 parts of the resin, after using this product and the original resorcinol resin formula comparison, cure characteristics is better, scorch longer, physical properties have some improvement, hardness is basically unchanged, H extraction force is unchanged or slightly increased, aging performance is better.The heat build of rubber decreases.
